Q: If I want a custom commission, how do I explain what I want?
A: The more information you can supply the better. You can drop me a letter, an e-mail or phone me. I can guide you through the process by asking some specific questions.

Q: I want a painting of my house. What do I need to supply in the way of reference material?
A: Again, as much material as is available is better. Good, clear color photographs from a variety of positions showing as much detail as possible will be helpful. If you have a preferred view please include a shot from that angle as well. A 4X5 is good, a 5X7 would be better. All reference shots will be returned with your finished art work.

Q: Can I buy a painting similar to one I may see in the Virtual Gallery? 
A: If you see a painting in the Gallery, it is likely that a similar scene is available or another similar scene can be painted. Please feel free to contact me to check on availability. 

Q: What would I expect to pay for a custom commission?
A: Paintings range from under $100 to over $1000 depending on the subject matter, complexity and size. Additional travel to locations for research, special framing or matting needs, will also influence the cost. For a specific estimate, please contact me.
